How We Review: The GOJACKPOT Criteria, Published in Full
GOJACKPOT is an independent guide, not a casino. We take no deposits, hold no player money and run no games, and the site is written for readers aged 21 and over. If a page here describes an operator, you should be able to see the method behind it. This is that method. It produces sentences, not scores, because the material we work from is documentary and a number would dress it up as measurement.
Eight checks, in order
- Licence disclosure. Is the regulator and licence named in plain sight, and does the claim survive a look at the regulator's own published register?
- Terms clarity. Can a reader who has never gambled find the wagering requirement, the expiry and the withdrawal conditions, and do the terms and the promotion page agree?
- Payment rails. Which methods are genuinely available to a Philippine account, stated as rails rather than hinted at with logos?
- KYC rules. Is verification, with its document list, explained before funding rather than at the moment of withdrawal?
- Complaint route. Is there a written escalation path beyond live chat, with a destination named?
- Responsible-gaming tools. Do deposit limits, session reminders, cool-off and self-exclusion exist, and can a logged-in user actually reach them?
- Support channels. Which channels and hours does the operator publish itself?
- App distribution. How does the mobile product reach a phone, from which domain, and what permissions does any build request?
The order matters less than the consistency. The same eight questions get asked of every operator we describe, including ones we have a commercial relationship with.
Where the evidence comes from
| Check | Source we use | What would count as a serious finding |
|---|---|---|
| Licence disclosure | The operator's footer and policy pages; the regulator's public register | No regulator named, or a claim the register does not support |
| Terms clarity | Full terms read against the promotion page | The two documents stating different wagering or expiry |
| Payment rails | The operator's own cashier and banking pages | Logos for rails not actually offered to PH accounts |
| KYC rules | Registration, verification and terms pages | Verification disclosed only once a payout is requested |
| Complaint route | Complaints, disputes or contact pages | No written route anywhere on the site |
| Responsible gaming | The responsible-gaming page and in-account documentation | Tools described in policy but unreachable in the account |
| Support channels | Contact pages published by the operator | Support that exists only in a third-party chat group |
| App distribution | Whatever the operator's own domain serves, and its permission list | Files hosted elsewhere, or a build asking for SMS access |
What we can establish
- That a document exists, and what it says: terms, bonus terms, banking pages, privacy and complaints policies.
- Whether a regulator's register lists an operator on the day we check.
- Whether the operator's own pages contradict each other, which is the most informative thing available from outside.
- Whether a described tool can be reached by a user at all.
- Published theoretical RTP and max-win figures as stated by the provider or the game's information screen.
What we refuse to pretend about
- Payout speed. Processing windows are set by the operator and change; its cashier page is the only current source.
- Fees, minimums, maximums and bonus sizes. The same applies, for the same reason.
- Whether a particular dispute was decided fairly, or how any risk team behaves.
- Anything needing a funded account. We run no deposit tests and never claim to have tested anything.
- Game fairness beyond published figures. No outside party can audit a random number generator.
- Player counts, aggregate winnings, screenshots of balances or testimonials. We publish none of them.
Where a payment fact belongs to the public rail rather than to an operator, we do state it: InstaPay moves money in real time with a per-transaction cap, and PESONet settles in batches on banking days. Those two sentences account for most of what readers experience as an operator stalling.
A note on max wins and jackpots
This site writes a lot about ceilings, so the standard here needs saying. A max-win multiplier is a published property of a game, usually stated by the provider, and we report it as published. It is not a target, not a probability and not a forecast.
We never tell a reader a jackpot is due, overdue, hot or close. Each round is generated independently, and no history makes the next one more likely. If a page on this site ever reads otherwise, it is wrong and we want to hear about it.
Partner links
Some links here are partner links, meaning a brand may pay us if a reader opens an account. Assume that wherever an operator is linked. It funds the site.
It does not buy wording. No payment adds a criterion, removes a warning, softens a finding or changes the order of anything. A paying brand that fails a check is described in exactly the language a non-paying brand would get.
No scores, no invented reviewers, and how to correct us
You will not find a rating out of ten, a league table ordered by our opinion, or a named human reviewer with a biography we constructed. Pages come from the GOJACKPOT editorial desk and carry published and modified dates, which tells you something a byline would not.
Operators change terms and rails without announcing it, so any page can be accurate on its date and stale by your visit. The operator's live pages are the authority on its own numbers. If a sentence here is wrong, tell us through the contact details on our about page and it gets fixed. 21+ only, and the decision to play is always yours.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why are there no ratings or rankings here?
Because our evidence is documentary rather than measured. Publishing a score would imply a precision that reading public pages cannot deliver.
Do you deposit and withdraw to test operators?
No, and no page here claims otherwise. We read published material and check public registers, which is the honest limit of what a guide can do.
Why will you not publish payout times?
They belong to the operator and change without notice. Processing windows, fees and minimums are set by the operator; check its cashier page.
Are you paid by the brands you write about?
Some links are partner links and may pay us. It changes nothing in the text, including anything critical about the brand paying.
Do you ever say a jackpot is due?
Never. Rounds are independent and no sequence of past results changes the next one. Any page suggesting otherwise would be an error we want reported.
Who writes this site?
The GOJACKPOT editorial desk. We publish no invented named authors and rely on dated pages instead of personal credentials.
